The IT Support Officer plays a key role in ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operations across MagicCarpet Entertainment’s bars and restaurants in Poblacion, Makati. This position is responsible for keeping our POS systems, networks, and devices running flawlessly, while also assisting in system upgrades, security, and IT innovation projects.
You will work directly with the IT Manager and venue teams, providing hands-on technical support and ensuring that every night flows seamlessly from behind the scenes. From solving urgent tech issues on a busy Saturday night to helping roll out new digital solutions, this is a role that combines technical skill, problem-solving, and the fast-paced energy of nightlife operations.
