Corporate Sales Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Associate to spearhead our business with large property developers, malls, and major commercial accounts. This role requires a seasoned sales professional who already has strong connections in the industry and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Warehouse Racking Systems
• Stanchion Posts & Retail Fixtures

• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in malls, real estate developers, and commercial property groups.
• Leverage existing industry contacts to generate leads and open new accounts.
• Manage high-value corporate accounts and drive opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure major projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, after-sales) to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings in the LED, construction accessories, and retail fixture industries.

• Minimum 5 years experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably with exposure to construction, retail development, or technology solutions.
• Proven track record of closing deals with large developers, malls, or property companies.
• Established network of contacts within the industry (malls, real estate groups, retail developers).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with long sales cycles.
