1. Proactively engage potential and new clients, focusing on securing first orders and building long-term partnerships.
2. Follow up on both warm and cold leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
4. Present products virtually, strengthen customer relationships, and drive conversions to achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Respond to enquiries ( phone & social media).
6. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver great service.
7. Support sales operations and team initiatives as needed
8. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven sales experience with a strong track record (minimum 1 year preferred); experience in cold calling is a plus.
2. Strong ability in pipeline building, negotiation, and closing deals.
3. Good understanding of market trends and competitor landscape.
4. Ability to distinguish colors accurately across materials and wood grains.
5. Fluent in English for client communication.

This position is based in the Philippines. As the role supports business development across different international markets, working hours will be aligned with the assigned market’s operating time zone.

Depending on the market assigned, the schedule may follow one of the below shifts:

• Philippines Market: 08:30 – 17:30 (UTC+8)
• Australia Market: 07:00 – 18:00 (UTC+8)
• US Market: 21:00 – 06:00 (UTC+8)

Please note that roles assigned to the US market will be required to work on a night shift schedule. A night shift allowance of PHP 950 per day will be provided accordingly.
