CENTRAL EV INC. BYD Iloilo and BYD Roxas is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Iloilo City, Iloilo and Roxas City. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the rapidly growing electric vehicle sector.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by identifying customer needs, presenting our innovative EV solutions, and closing sales. This position is central to our success, as you will be the direct link between our customers and our product offerings, helping to establish CENTRAL EV INC as a leading player in the sustainable transportation market.

Key responsibilities
  1. Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  2. Present and demonstrate electric vehicle products and services to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits
  3. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable EV solutions tailored to their requirements
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations to potential buyers
  5. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  6. Close sales transactions and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  8. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  9. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications/Requirements

College Level

Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, technology, or a related industry

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients

Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a competitive drive
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of electric vehicles, sustainability, or renewable energy is advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
