Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement/Account Management:
• Welcome and onboard new members, ensuring they feel integrated and informed.
• Organize and host events, workshops, and networking sessions to foster community interaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
• Sales
• Generate new opportunities for the brand.
• Achieving sales targets assigned
• Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
• Sales and Marketing Support:
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the benefits and features of our workspace solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, member stories, and community highlights on social media and other platforms.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase member acquisition and retention.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and build lasting relationships. Maintain a strong understanding of client needs to offer tailored solutions.
• Market Research & Strategy Development:
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee daily operations of the workspace, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and a pleasant environment.
• Prepare regular reports on community engagement, occupancy rates, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
