PART-TIME ACCOUNTING / TREASURY OFFICER

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accounting / Treasury Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

This position is ideal for professionals looking to balance work with other commitments while contributing significantly to the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, accounts payable/receivable, generate ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, including calculating wages, preparing payroll taxes, and distributing paychecks or direct deposits.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into the company's financial health.
  • Oversee cash flow management and forecasting to optimize liquidity and investment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decision-making and achieve organizational goals.
  • Writing check, jounal and accounting posting, and relevant file booking and keeping
  • Any work, duty, and adhoc project may assigned by the by company and/or its management from time to time.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's / College's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with specific experience in payroll administration.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, other accounting software, payroll systems, and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
