Role: GHL CRM Specialist

• Location: Remote – Philippines
• Hours: 20–25 hrs/week | Work anytime between 9am–5pm AEST
• Rate: Up to $1,500 AUD/month
• Type: Ongoing part-time, with potential to become full-time
• Experience: Must be GHL Proficient (No training provided)

• About the Role

We’re a fast-growing business support team building a powerful CRM using Go High Level, tailored to the needs of our clients in a service-based industry. We're looking for a reliable and proactive GHL expert to help set up, manage, and optimise this system from end to end.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Build and optimise workflows, pipelines, calendars, and triggers in Go High Level
• Create and manage automated email/SMS sequences (e.g. follow-ups, reminders)
• Customise lead journeys (e.g. enquiry > booked > follow-up > enrolled)
• Sync GHL with tools like Google Calendar and Facebook Ads
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend smart improvements
• Assist with CRM rollout across multiple client accounts

• Deep experience with Go High Level – you’ll be leading the setup
• Comfortable using Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident working independently
• Clear spoken and written English
• Friendly, approachable, and solutions-oriented

• Experience with white-labelling GHL
• Background supporting marketing or SaaS teams
