About your position

Successful candidates will be responsible in conducting phone screening, scheduling qualified applicants, texting/ emailing applicants which are unresponsive, updating sourcing trackers, occasional handling of the reception and leads generation.

• A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields is preferred
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in administrative work or data encoding.
• Open to fresh graduates, recruitment internship experience is preferred.
• Must be proficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Proficient in administrative work, time management, and decision-making skills
• Good communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Taguig/Mandaluyong and willing to work on weekends , holidays, and overtime if needed.
