About the role
Do you have a passion for creating visually appealing product displays and helping customers find what they need? As a Merchandiser at Kings Manpower Cooperative, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience and driving sales.In this full-time position based in Pasay City Metro Manila, you'll be responsible for strategically arranging and maintaining product displays, ensuring our stores are always stocked and looking their best.
What you'll be doing- Organise and stock shelves, racks, and displays to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment
- Ensure products are neatly arranged, priced correctly, and facing forward to maximise visibility
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team to request restocking as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and implement creative display solutions
- Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness and organisation throughout your shifts
- Collaborate with the retail team to support promotional activities and seasonal merchandising
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a retail/customer-facing role
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual merchandising
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
