About the Role

This Assistant Property Manager role supports the operational backbone of multiple HOA communities, ensuring compliance, communication, and coordination are executed with precision. You will directly contribute to maintaining community standards, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and enabling efficient property management across a growing portfolio-positioning yourself for long-term growth in global real estate operations.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience or strong interest in HOA or community association management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple communities and priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with HOA management software is an advantage
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and business writing skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage different personalities professionally
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Customer service mindset with a strong desire to grow in the community management industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Support Community Managers in managing HOA communities across assigned portfolios
  • Draft and manage written correspondence between associations and homeowners
  • Coordinate with vendors and supervise on-site work as directed
  • Assist in conducting routine community inspections to ensure CC&R compliance
  • Attend HOA Board meetings and support documentation, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Act as liaison between Community Managers, Board of Directors, homeowners, and service providers
  • Participate in monthly internal meetings to ensure portfolio consistency and alignment
  • Join after-hours emergency on-call rotation as required
