Job Description

• Providing overall leadership and direction to the business, setting the strategic vision and implementing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Managing day to day operations, resource allocation, and driving process improvements
• Overseeing the management of all functions quality production.
• Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to expand the company's footprint
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work culture, motivating and developing the team
• Representing the company externally and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry partners.

• Significant experience 5+ years in senior management or general management role, preferably within a similar industry (plastic injection, molding manufacturing)
• Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency
• Excellent strategic plannning and decision- making skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong leadership and people mamangement capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent commmunication and stakeholders management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
