Job Description
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Collaborate with functional analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, Procurement, HCM) using Oracle PaaS and in-product tools
Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, File-based Data Import (FBDI) and HCM Extracts
Create and enhance BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses and dashboards
Participate in technical design sessions and review sessions with peers and leads
Write PL/SQL packages, procedures, and SQL scripts to support data migrations, conversions, and enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day production incidents and support tickets
Adhere to SDLC processesversion control (Git), code review, automated deployment (CI/CD pipelines)
Document technical designs, configuration steps and support guides
Role Summary
An Oracle Cloud ERP Developer at the mid-level will work with business analysts and architects
to design, build, test, and support customizations and integrations across Finance, HR, and
Supply Chain modules in Oracle Fusion Cloud. You'll focus on delivering configured solutions
that meet business requirements while ensuring performance, maintainability and adherence to
best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
35 years of hands-on experience implementing/customizing Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion)
Strong knowledge of Financials and/or Supply Chain functional processes in Oracle Fusion
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite for integrations
Skilled in PL/SQL, SQL tuning and data manipulation
Familiarity with BI Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services
Solid understanding of security models, roles and privileges in Oracle Cloud
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills; able to collaborate with functional and business teams
Preferred / Nice to Have
Oracle Cloud Certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud: General Ledger Implementation Essentials)
Experience with HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll)
Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services or Java development
Prior experience with Agile/Scrum delivery model
