Summary:
The Regional Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales Team by overseeing the performance of assigned retail outlets. This includes monitoring sales, coordinating with staff and partners, providing training, and ensuring that all efforts are aligned with company targets.The role also contributes to planning and executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive store performance and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales and operations of retail stores.
- Coordinate with Sales Staff, Retailers, and Mall Officers.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
- Train and guide Sales Personnel.
- Help implement sales campaigns and promotions.
- Amenable to work in LAGUNA AREA.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, or related course
- 0–2 years of sales experience
- Willing to do field work
Skills:
- Sales and customer service oriented
- Organized and good in reporting
- Strong communication and people skills
- Can train, counsel, and manage people
- Knows MS Office; trustworthy and professional
