Position: Field Marketing Services Specialist

About the job

The Field Marketing Services Specialist drives agency governance and merchandising excellence across Modern Trade accounts, ensuring high standards in product availability, visibility, and in-store execution. This role partners with agencies to deliver compliant, efficient, and performance-driven merchandising operations.

Manage agency governance, including SLA compliance, performance monitoring, and resolution of operational gaps
Drive in-store merchandising excellence by ensuring availability, visibility, planogram compliance, and promotion execution
Partner with agencies to build capability, optimize manpower deployment, and improve productivity
Lead audits, reporting, and performance tracking using scorecards and KPI-driven evaluations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance merchandising efficiency, compliance, and cost effectiveness

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of experience in field marketing, merchandising, or FMCG operations
Willingness to travel for field audits and store visits

Skills/Competencies:

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in modern trade execution and merchandising standards
Strong background in agency management and governance
