About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect who will define and drive the organization’s technology architecture strategy to ensure seamless alignment between business goals, customer experience, and IT systems.

In this role, you will design and guide enterprise-wide architecture solutions that support digital transformation, system integration, scalability, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure all technology initiatives are aligned with the company’s long-term strategic direction.

• Translate business strategy and customer experience requirements into enterprise architecture and technology solutions.
• Design and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps, frameworks, and target-state architecture.
• Ensure all projects and initiatives are aligned with the enterprise architecture standards and principles.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reduce redundancy, and optimize enterprise-wide technology usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Infrastructure, and Development) to resolve architecture dependencies and design challenges.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies including cloud, APIs, microservices, AI, and automation.
• Develop clear and concise architecture documentation, diagrams, and solution designs to support decision-making.
• Provide technical leadership and influence stakeholders on architecture governance and strategic technology direction.
• Support digital transformation programs and large-scale system modernization initiatives.

• 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture, or equivalent senior technical roles.
• Strong experience in large-scale enterprise environments; experience in telecommunications industry is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture domains: Business, Application, Data, and Technology Architecture.
• Hands-on experience in system design, integration architecture, and enterprise solution delivery.
• Familiarity with TOGAF framework; knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM) is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate business and customer experience requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex architectural problems.
• Experience working with cross-functional and agile teams.

• Data platforms, Data Lake, and Analytics architecture
• Emerging technologies: AI, IoT, Blockchain, Automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• TOGAF certification preferred
• Additional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Cloud certifications are an advantage
