Recruitment Specialist - Quezon City

Recruitment Specialist - is responsible for attracting and hiring the right people for the organization's long term goal. Manage the recruitment process from job vacancies, sourcing talents, screening and validation, interviewing to placement of the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages and handles recruitment process.
• Creates and develops job description, job requirements and specifications.
• Collaborates with other department managers to ensure suitability of applicants.
• Attracts qualified candidates for the position using different sourcing techniques.
• Conducts screening, interviews, and verifications of qualified applicants.

Job requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human resource or it's equivalent.
• Well verse in recruitment process, regulations and standards.
• At least 1-2 year of proven experience in the field of recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Ability to assess applicant's knowledge, skills and ability based on the position requirements.
• Trustworthy and with high values of integrity.
• Other task may be assigned from time to time.
