Muntinlupa - Finance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Officer to support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and financial reporting. This role will also involve close coordination with global counterparts to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial processes across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including the recording and reconciliation of financial transactions
• Handle intercompany transactions and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation
• Assist in the month-end closing process
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, or as required by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least five (5) years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Experience working in BPO or Shared Services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with Xero is a plus
• Experience handling intercompany transactions is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willing to work on-site in Alabang
• Can start as soon as possible
