What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
- Collaborate in Agile teams and mentor junior developers
- Translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Continuously upskill through training and internal learning platforms
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in Java EE / Jakarta EE
- Background in Agile/Scrum, UML, Git, and common design patterns
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiar with IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ) and tools like JIRA, Confluence
Nice to Have:
- REST/SOAP, Swagger, RabbitMQ, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Testing tools (JUnit, Mockito), CI/CD, and security scanners
