How You’ll Drive Success

• Design, code, and build software solutions for priority projects in line with approved development plans and timelines
• Prepare and execute unit test cases, deployment plans, and technical documentation for each project
• Carry out production deployment activities according to approved plans and procedures
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and team members to keep development on schedule

• Design and execute unit test cases for all developed features prior to release
• Identify, log, and resolve defects found during unit testing to keep defect density low
• Support QA testing activities to ensure solutions meet quality standards before production release
• Apply lessons learned from testing to continuously improve development and testing practices

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve reported bugs and system issues within agreed turnaround times
• Prioritize assigned bugs based on severity, urgency, and business impact
• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders on bug resolution progress
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to understand and meet their requirements
• Conduct or support training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for developed solutions
• Gather feedback from project and training satisfaction surveys to improve service delivery
• Maintain professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented communication with end users

The Expertise You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Additional coursework, bootcamp completion, or specialized training in full-stack web development frameworks and modern software architecture (preferred)

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development (front-end and back-end), including unit testing, bug/defect resolution, and production deployment support
• 3–4 years preferred, with exposure to business intelligence, corporate support, or similarly process- and audit-driven environments (preferred)

• Working proficiency in front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks (Laravel, PHP 8+, Python, Bootstrap 5, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Node.js)
• Database management experience with MySQL; familiarity with Amazon RDS and MySQL Workbench
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Amazon EC2, CentOS/Linux, Apache, Docker)
• Proficiency in version control using Git and Bitbucket; familiarity with VS Code
• Familiarity with REST API design and integration
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to manage multiple priority and non-priority tasks within deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination, technical documentation, and training support
• Certification in a programming language, framework, database, or cloud platform is an advantage (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer)
