About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Sales Support to join our dynamic warehousing and logistics team. In this role, you will provide back-office support to the sales team, liaise with clients, and ensure the smooth coordination of shipments, quotes, and logistics operations.
What you'll be doing- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
- Support the sales team by preparing freight quotes and gathering rates from carriers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely booking, dispatch, and delivery of shipments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM and logistics systems
- Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers on ETAs or delays
- Assist with documentation, invoicing, and order tracking as needed
- Build strong working relationships with clients, carriers, and warehouse teams
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in logistics, freight, or warehousing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems (e.g., CartonCloud, Starshipit, or similar)
- A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
