Job Summary
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle for IT professionals, with a primary focus on software developers, based on the needs of our clients and internal teams. This is a rewarding position where you will take ownership of the full process from sourcing to hiring, providing vital support to our business growth through talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and team leads to define job requirements, skills, and qualifications, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing: Utilize a variety of methods including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to attract and engage qualified candidates.
- Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit through interviews and technical assessments.
- Coordination: Manage and coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring teams, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, keeping them engaged with our organization.
- Employer Branding: Showcase our company culture, values, and career opportunities through social media campaigns, blog posts, and participation in industry events.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring decisions.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs and career goals to facilitate successful placements.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring software developers.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to job offer negotiation.
- A thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and software development concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting within a software development or IT outsourcing (BPO) company.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other modern recruitment software and sourcing tools.
- Professional certifications in Human Resources or Recruitment (e.g., CIR, PRC-CPD) are a plus.
- You can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- You are proactive, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve recruitment targets.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Day Shift)
