Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and talented Service Advisor to work from home.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Toyota or Ford service advisor to join our Australian remote worker team. Use your experience and customer service excellence to attain this position doing the same role you love but from the comfort of your own home with all equipment provided.
To apply for this role, you need to be a Toyota or Ford Service advisor with a minimum of 4 years experience to join our remote work from home team. As our clients are all English speaking and you will be communicating with them directly, you must have excellent verbal (conversational) and written English skills.Whilst you would be joining our current team of Manila based staff, you would be required to work autonomously to take incoming customer calls and act as the liaison between our service customers and our workshop & service team.
The role is Monday to Friday on a shift duration of 10 hours which will range between 4.30am and 3.30pm (to meet Australian business hours and depending on daylight savings time) and will include a 45min lunch break. Extra Saturday work is also an option for candidates who wish to earn more.A laptop, headset and additional monitors will be provided however you will need to have a high-speed internet connection in your home as well as a quiet distraction and background noise free environment to be able to conduct customer calls professionally (A second backup/redundancy internet connection is preferred but not essential).
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with our customers through constant communication
- Managing the daily flow of work
- Using knowledge of products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
- Answering questions about service outcomes, scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-offs and vehicle pick-ups
- Creating, costing and invoicing repair orders
- Upselling of customer services where applicable
- Checking, maintaining, and updating customer data
Abilities, Skills & experience:
- Native or near-native level English proficiency (written, verbal and conversational) is required for direct customer communication
- Enthusiastic personality with a focus on a positive customer experience
- Technical / Automotive knowledge
- A minimum of 4 years experience as a Service Advisor in a Toyota or Ford dealership
- Ability to have fun, but still maintain professionalism
