Oversee day-to-day airline operation at the airport
Lead, direct and manage people to ensure that quality service are provided to passengers/customers
Ensure to comply with government rules and aviation regulations and safety protocols
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues
Coordinate emergency response and crisis management situations

Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledgeable in the day-to-day airline operation at the airport
Can lead, direct and manage people to ensure that quality service are provided to passengers/customers
Knowledgeable in aviation regulations and safety procedures to ensure that airport and government protocols are properly followed
With good interpersonal skills and fluent in Korean language (both oral and written)
