Position to be filled: DIRECTOR FOR CULINARY

Job Description:

• The Director for Culinary is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen operations within an integrated resort. This role involves providing strategic culinary direction, coordinating restaurant and in-room dining services, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional cuisines.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary or any related field
• Previous experience of 15-20 years in kitchen operations or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Adaptable and can handle stressful and high pressure situations
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Diligent attention to detail
• Diligent attention to safety protocols and procedures
• Adherence to industry best practices and service standards
• Strong knowledge of people management
