Job Summary:
Manage order processing and coordinate with distributors
Handle procurement and after-sales support (issues, follow-ups, troubleshooting)
Ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience
Provides end-to-end support to dealers, distributors, and retail customers, including order processing, procurement coordination, and after-sales service (B2B).
Key Responsibilities: Support dealers and retail customers with inquiries and service needs
Assist in order placement, including system guidance and process clarificationManage order processing and coordinate with distributors

Ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience
Provide basic product and application support
