Sales Assistant Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, handling inquiries, and preparing reports.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and documentation.
  • Maintain and organize sales records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Communicate with customers to follow up on sales leads and resolve concerns.
  • Support sales representatives with scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in sales support or administrative roles is a plus.
