Sales Assistant Job Responsibilities:- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, handling inquiries, and preparing reports.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and documentation.
- Maintain and organize sales records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Communicate with customers to follow up on sales leads and resolve concerns.
- Support sales representatives with scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in sales support or administrative roles is a plus.
