About the Role:

The Organizational Development (OD) Officer is responsible for supporting the company’s organizational growth through the development and implementation of OD programs, performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, training interventions, and policy improvements.

The role works closely with different departments to strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee productivity, and company culture aligned with business objectives.

The position also assists in evaluating organizational structures, identifying development opportunities, and implementing HR initiatives that support operational excellence within a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of organizational development strategies and initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes, including KPI monitoring and evaluation.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Develop and update company policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
  • Monitor employee engagement programs and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in succession planning, talent development, and workforce planning activities.
  • Conduct organizational studies and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to OD initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads regarding manpower and organizational concerns.
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, or related functions.
  • Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in performance management, training, and employee engagement programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bangkal, Makati.
