Is currently looking for:

ACCOUNTING STAFF (AR ASSOCIATE)

Job Summary:

The role is essential to optimize cash flow and ensuring receivables are collected within agreed timelines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices and statements to clients, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing information.
• Manage customer accounts, track overdue payments, and perform follow-ups for timely collections.
• Reconcile client accounts, promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on accounts receivable status, including aging analysis.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve billing and payment disputes professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in month-end closing processes to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Support internal audits and reviews related to accounts receivable processes.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable files, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Handle any additional duties assigned by the AR Section Head.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients regarding payments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to reconcile discrepancies.
• Knowledge of financial principles and experience with accounts receivable processes.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role is preferred.
• Familiarity with invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation is advantageous.
