Marketing Associate - Gensan

Join our growing team as a Marketing Associate and help drive impactful marketing strategies for exciting real estate projects in General Santos City. In this role, you will promote properties, engage potential buyers, and directly contribute to sales growth and brand visibility in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to support project sales and brand objectives
• Plan and execute marketing activities such as property launches, open houses, broker events, and promotional initiatives
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, brokers, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and achievement of sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and refine marketing strategies
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, recommending improvements for optimization
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
• Manage and grow digital platforms (social media, website, and property portals) through engaging and strategic content
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth marketing operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Experience or internship in real estate marketing, project sales, or digital marketing is an advantage — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media ads, analytics) and MS Office; basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a creative and results-driven mindset
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
