Management Trainee

The successful candidate will undergo hands-on training across multiple departments to gain the skills and experience needed for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program that includes rotations across key BPO functions (admin support, property coordination, insurance processing, and client services).
• Assist team leads and supervisors with administrative and operational tasks, including report preparation, task tracking, and client documentation.
• Observe and support day-to-day processes related to Australian strata management and offshore service delivery.
• Learn company systems, tools, and software used in property and insurance administration (e.g., Stata Master, Smata, PIQ, Stratamax).
• Contribute to project assignments, data entry, research tasks, and basic process analysis.
• Maintain organized records of assigned tasks and report progress to mentors or department heads.
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities during the training program.
• Successfully complete performance checkpoints and final evaluation for consideration of a junior leadership or specialist role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
• Willing to work during Australian business hours.
• Willing to work onsite in our Sindalan or Telabastagan CSFP office .
