Structural engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design & Analysis
- Design structural components (beams, columns, slabs, foundations)
- Analyze loads and stresses to ensure safety and stability
- Prepare structural calculations and reports
- Planning & Documentation
- Create and review structural drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Site Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers
- Conduct site inspections to ensure proper implementation of plans
- Project Management
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site
- Quality & Safety Assurance
- Ensure all structures meet safety and durability standards
- Evaluate existing structures for repair or reinforcement
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Structural Engineer in a construction and design is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable of structural design principles and codes (NSCP, ACI, etc.)
- Proficiency in engineering software, such as AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000 and structural analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to details
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Project Management skills (for senior roles)
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of your work
- Can work under pressure
- Non-license Engineer are welcome to apply
