We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor and Procurement Specialist to handle the buying and measuring of construction materials. If you are a licensed Civil Engineer with experience in real estate or construction, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Lead procurement bids and quantity surveying throughout all construction stages
2. Prepare accurate quantity estimates and cost analyses to maintain budgets
3. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for timely delivery of materials
4. Monitor project costs proactively to ensure financial control
5. Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and ensure quality standards

Qualifications:

1. Licensed Civil Engineer with proven experience in procurement bids and quantity surveying of construction materials
2. Background in Real Estate or Construction company
3. Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail
4. Ability to manage end-to-end processes — from project planning to on-going construction
