About the role
We're seeking an experienced TOSCA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team at NYGC Services, Inc.'. This full-time position is based in Manila City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in driving our quality assurance efforts. As a TOSCA Automation specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining robust test automation frameworks to ensure the highest levels of software quality.
What you'll be doing- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using the TOSCA testing framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and design effective test automation strategies
- Continuously enhance the test automation framework to improve efficiency and coverage
- Analyse test results, identify and troubleshoot defects, and provide timely feedback to the development team
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and the execution of both automated and manual tests
- Contribute to the overall quality assurance process and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in test automation technologies and methodologies
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in test automation using TOSCA
- Proficient in writing robust, maintainable, and scalable test automation scripts
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, JavaScript, and other web automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
