Admin./Accounting Officer
  1. Proactively monitor and manage office supplies and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  2. Keep accurate records of the company's payables and regularly provide updates to maintain financial clarity.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
  1. Implement a follow-up system with customers to facilitate timely collections, especially for overdue accounts, strengthening cash flow management.
Training will be provided for collections and accounts receivable processes.
  1. Continuously monitor and update the company's receivables to enhance financial stability.
Basic Excel proficiency is required for accounting software tasks.
  1. Conduct thorough monthly audits of inventory to identify any discrepancies and streamline stock management.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to review the Monthly Sales Report, providing insights for operational improvements.
  3. Oversee and ensure timely updates for payments related to SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth, supporting employee welfare and compliance.
Experience with Philippine government compliance requirements is preferred but not required.
  1. Facilitate yearly renewal processes for business permits and ensure adherence to relevant governmental regulations.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
