Spreetail is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving financial success by managing accounts receivable, improving cash flow, and shaping process improvements that make a real impact. What experiences will help you in this role- Review weekly and monthly billing statements, maintain a healthy AR aging report, and deliver accurate, timely reporting to Accounting and leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk, improve cash flow, and identify opportunities for process improvements or automation within AR.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and ad hoc reporting to senior management and executive leadership based on AR analysis.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Exhibit integrity, adaptability, and collaboration, taking ownership of projects while maintaining positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in an accounting/finance role, with prior exposure to accounts receivable management or financial analysis preferred.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Experience driving process improvements and leveraging automation or new technologies to increase efficiency.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a passion for organization, collaboration, and seeing tasks through to completion.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup

- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
