Procurement Manager - Quezon City

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading the procurement team, improving processes, and driving supplier relationships to support the company’s long-term goals.

The role of a Procurement Manager shall include:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee all procurement activities, including CAPEX and OPEX purchases, ensuring budget adherence and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance on complex procurement processes and negotiations.
• Establish strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, government regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide procurement solutions that align with company objectives.
• Oversee the use of all procurement templates, including reports, control number formats, and other standardized documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Lead high-value contract negotiations and establish long-term agreements to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary.
• Ensure the procurement team efficiently processes purchase requests across NEO’s portfolio of 8 buildings, from requisition to PO issuance.
• Promote sustainable procurement practices and support the company’s Net Zero 2030 commitment.
• Performs other functions as may be required by the Company and immediate superior.
