Position: Field Sales Distributor/ Executive
Location: Cebu (VISMIN Area)
Qualifications:
- 3 years Field Sales experience, preferably in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Group) industry
- College Graduate or High School Graduate
- With experience in Driving and has an Active Driver's License (Professional or Non-professional), Company Car will be provided
- Must be residing in Cebu
- Can work independently with less supervision
- Will to be assigned in different territories or areas in Cebu and other VISMIN Areas
- Develops, implements, monitors and plans towards the achievement of targets of his/her assigned Account, Territory and or Channel
- Provides work direction to the Distributors Sales team members so that KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets are achieved within budget.
- Admin: Support, manage calendars, travel itineraries, correspondences and files. Maintain accurate records and process expense reports and purchase orders
