Tax accounting assistant

About the Role

Looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Tax Accounting Assistant to join the growing Finance team of our client located in Makati City! This full-time opportunity will involve providing essential tax accounting support to the finance department.

• Preparing and processing tax returns and related documentation
• Assisting with tax planning and compliance activities
• Maintaining detailed tax records and filing systems
• Conducting tax research and analysis to support business decisions
• Liaising with tax authorities and other relevant stakeholders
• Providing general administrative support to the finance team

• Bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy and other finance/accounting related courses.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 5 months of experience in a tax accounting or compliance role, preferably within a professional services firm or corporate environment
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Proficiency with tax and accounting software is an advantage
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
