QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a similar field
- Knowledge with the chemical industry (Solvents, Petrochemicals, and Agri-chemicals)
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and other related design software
- Experience in managing or contributing to social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., including content development, monitoring, and audience interaction
- Strong understanding of Facebook Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and e-commerce backend systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, creative flairs, and attention to detail for content creation and client engagement
- Keeping abreast of industry developments, emerging marketing strategies, and digital marketing innovations
- Skills in analyzing marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and return on investment
- Capability to handle multiple marketing projects concurrently and track their progress
- Fundamental proficiency in Excel
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the Affiliates Dashboard across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok
- Oversees livestreaming events and sessions
- Collaborates with Relationship Managers to plan campaigns and resolve any issues
- Creates and curates engaging content such as images, videos, and posts that reflect the brand’s messaging and objectives, following the social media content calendar
- Schedules posts and responds to messages and comments from followers and non-followers
- Manages content production with third-party media partners
- Tracks and evaluates emerging trends in music, ideas, and events that could influence campaigns
- Maintains communication and builds partnerships with affiliates and collaborators
