Electrical Engineering Assistant - Manila

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Control Systems)
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and safety practices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and electrical design software is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a related role is preferred but not mandatory
• Can start immediately

Responsibilities:

• Assist with System Installations: Support senior engineers in installing, testing, and calibrating electrical components of fire safety systems.
• Help with System Maintenance: Aid in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems under the guidance of senior staff.
• Documentation and Data Entry: Assist in creating and maintaining accurate records for installations and maintenance tasks, including test results and inspection reports.
• System Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in testing electrical systems after installation to ensure all components function as intended.
• Learn Industry Standards and Safety Procedures: Gain knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations; ensure all activities comply with local electrical codes.

Work Set-up: involves both office-based tasks and on-site work at project locations.
