Content Moderator and Chat Support (igaming)

Start Date: ASAP!

What You'll Do:

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, etc.) in line with platform and community standards
• Identify and remove content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates guidelines
• Provide real-time chat and email support to users, ensuring a smooth and respectful gaming experience
• Escalate high-risk or sensitive issues through proper internal channels
• Ensure platform quality and compliance through consistent moderation and user support

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in both content moderation and chat support
• iGaming industry experience is required
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable to shifting schedules
