Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI & Data Warehousing) - Muntinlupa

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst who specializes in data warehousing using Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and optimizing relational databases, crafting impactful Power BI dashboards, and writing advanced DAX and Power Query logic to support critical business decisions.

This role requires a professional with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data warehouse structures using MS SQL Server (SSMS, SSIS).
• Build and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting and analytics.
• Design and deploy visually compelling and performance-optimized Power BI dashboards and paginated reports.
• Implement advanced DAX measures and Power Query (M) transformations to support self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and transform them into scalable BI solutions.
• Automate workflows and data integrations using Power Automate and build custom applications using Power Apps.
• Maintain data integrity, ensure quality standards, and perform data audits as necessary.
• Leverage IBM Cognos experience (legacy systems) for migration or integration into the current BI stack.
• Work with external or internal systems including Bullhorn CRM to extract, transform, and load data into reporting models.
• Develop ad hoc and recurring reports in Advanced Excel using pivot tables, Power Pivot, macros, and advanced formulas.
• Proactively analyze data to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights that help drive business outcomes.
• Stay updated with emerging BI tools, API strategies, and data architecture best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a BI or data warehousing role.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server for data modeling, querying, and ETL operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI including DAX, Power Query (M), and custom visuals.
• Excellent knowledge of relational database concepts and performance tuning.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for business workflow automation.
• Familiarity with IBM Cognos Analytics (reporting, metadata modeling, administration).
• Solid understanding of data integration practices and API connections (e.g., connecting to Bullhorn or other third-party systems).
• Proficient in Intermediate to Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, nested formulas, Power Pivot).
• Hands-on experience integrating with APIs (REST, JSON, Webhooks, etc.) and transforming external data for analytics.

• Experience with Bullhorn CRM or similar applicant tracking or recruiting platforms.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., DA-100 / PL-300) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with JIRA or similar project tools./
• Knowledge with different AI tools is a plus.
