Staff Pharmacist Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides concise, applicable, and timely responses to request of drug information from healthcare providers and patients.
Fill prescription and dispense drugs. Check the manufacture date, expiration date and labels before issuing to the patients/customers.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be a graduate of a four year course in a reputable higher educational institution preferably a Pharmacy degree holder.
Must have at least 1 year experience in the related field.
Must have an updated license from Professional Regulations Commission.
Must be a member of the Philippine Pharmaceutical Association and the Philippine Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
