Production Team Leader

We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to oversee bakery / commissary production operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality output across daily production.
We are hiring for multiple roles:
- Oven Operations Team Leader (Bakery)– oversees proofing, baking, oven operations, and finished product quality
- Components Team Leader (Bakery)– oversees dough, fillings, batters, sauces, pre-mixes, and ingredient preparation
- Raw Materials Team Leader (Bakery) - oversees the receiving, preparation, issuance, storage, and inventory management of raw materials used in bakery
- Commissary Team Leader - ensuring smooth operations in terms of manpower availability, inventory accuracy, machine utilization, and process improvement program participation
Key Responsibilities
Operations- Supervise daily bakery or commissary production activities to ensure targets and schedules are met
- Monitor workflow efficiency, manpower allocation, machine utilization, and production output
- Ensure proper implementation of recipes, baking parameters, standard procedures, and quality requirements
- Coordinate with production, planning, inventory, and related teams to ensure seamless operations
- Lead, coach, train, and supervise production team members
- Conduct shift endorsements and ensure proper cascading of operational guidelines and policies
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address concerns promptly
- Ensure proper staffing and workflow during daily operations
- Ensure products consistently meet company standards in quality, taste, texture, consistency, and appearance
- Enforce compliance with GMP, sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP is an advantage)
- Support corrective actions and immediate resolution of production concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Monitor ingredient and material usage and coordinate inventory-related concerns
- Ensure proper use and basic troubleshooting of bakery equipment; escalate repair concerns when needed
- Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and operational documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least College Graduate with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience or
- At least 2 years of experience in bakery, commissary, food manufacturing, or production operations, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role
- Knowledgeable in bakery production processes, food safety, GMP, sanitation, and quality standards
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google applications is an advantage
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Full-time, On-site in our Paranaque Office
- 8 working hours/day, 6 days/week
- May require shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
