Design and Development Specialist (License Chemist)

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Trials: Lead and review product development trials, including updates and validation of initial pilot runs for new products.
Material & Cost Innovation: Review new materials for product application and cost savings, and implement related initiatives.
Technical Documentation: Provide Safety Data Sheets, certifications, and other technical documents for approved products, and review documents for product registration.
Quality & Compliance: Participate in root cause analysis for non-conforming products, ensure safety and environmental standards are implemented, and address audit findings.
Project & Team Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with Packaging, Production, Marketing, and Purchasing Departments.
Benchmarking & Stability: Review competitor products for benchmarking and conduct stability studies of developed products.
Training: Conduct internal "Echo Seminars" based on external training.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
License: Licensed Chemist or Licensed Chemical Technician is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong communication skills and project management skills.
