Description

We’re looking for a Culinary Specialist (Project-Based) to support our Food Service Chef and Culinary Operations Head in the development and enhancement of our food offerings. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food innovation and eager to contribute to exciting new culinary projects.

As a Culinary Specialist, you will be involved in:

Assisting with new product development, from ideation to testing and refinement
Supporting menu pricing analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness
Collaborating with the Culinary Operations Head to roll out menu innovations and improvements
Standardising recipes and preparation methods to maintain consistent taste and quality
Working closely with the kitchen and operations team to ensure smooth implementation of new dishes

Qualifications

Graduate of Culinary or any related course
Has strong analytical and planning skills
Innovate and create new concepts/recipes
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
