Job Description

Position title: CHINESE MARKETING SALES ASSISTANT

Job Description:

1. Track and report key engagement metrics, including the number of qualified leads, outreach success, meetings set, etc., and suggest improvements.
2. Assist in generating leads through various marketing channels, including email outreach, social media engagement, and content marketing. Help maintain and update lead databases.
3. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide support as needed.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues related to products or services.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Chinese Proficiency Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
2. Strong understanding of international markets, luxury brand dynamics, and consumer behavior.
3. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
4. Proficient with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
