- Graduate of any business course.
- Minimum two (2) years sales management and/or trade marketing management experience.
- Field sales management experience with minimum two (2) years in traditional trade/distributor and account management.
- Understands market dynamics for fast moving consumer goods across retail and on-premise channels.
- Understands key financial indicators.
