Job Description: Sales Engineer
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Engineer promotes and sells products to customers within the assigned area or industrial sector and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits. He/She is the key point of contact between the company and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.The Sales Engineer coordinates and monitors client’s orders and make sure that these orders are delivered on time. He/She follows-up and collects from client’s accounts due according to approved and agreed terms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organizing sales visits (Pre and Post Sales)
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Establishing new business (Customer Engagement)
- Maintaining accurate records
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets (Reporting)
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering or with Engineering background (Electrical/ Temperature/ Pressure/ Mechanical).
- At least 1-2 years experience in Sales (Accepting fresh graduates).
- Technical background with the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
