Job Description

Be part of our client’s team as a Technical Support Representative, delivering expert assistance across calls, chat, and email. Troubleshoot complex internet issues, guide new users through setup, ensure service accuracy, and log interactions—all while supporting Australia’s leading telecom network with precision, professionalism, and compliance.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift (Monday – Friday, 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM), Weekends Off

Salary: PHP 25,000 to PHP 28,000

Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas

The Qualifications We Seek
  • At least 1 year of BPO TSR experience in an Australian telecommunications campaign (highly preferred)
  • Broadband/telecom campaign experience in US, UK, or CA markets is also welcome
  • Customer service campaign experience may be considered
  • Live chat support experience is a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking, email clients, and smartphone configurations
  • Bachelor’s degree or completed college units
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to extended hours when needed
Your Daily Tasks
  • Conduct service qualification checks using advanced web tools
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues across various technologies, including FTTN/X, FTTP/H, FTTC, FTTB, HFC, wireless, ADSL, PSTN, VoIP, and more
  • Assist customers through calls, chat, and email
  • Guide new clients through internet setup while providing expert advice and a warm welcome
  • Use internal knowledge bases to deliver accurate and timely solutions
  • Log interactions, updates, and follow-ups in the CRM or designated tools
  • Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and privacy standards
